- Any decision made by Essendon Football Club (EFC) is final and binding. Contents of this document have been carefully complied and the information printed is believed to be true and correct at the time of printing. The Board of Directors of Essendon Football Club, their agents and/or servants will not hold themselves responsible for any errors or omissions.
- Membership Classification: An EFC membership provides entry to EFC matches as designated by your membership package. Voting rights are also dependent upon the particular classification of membership.
- Concession Card Holders: Concession members must be able to produce appropriate identification from one of the following categories when purchasing a membership and attending matches: pension card aged/single parent/disability; full-time student card or enrolment paper confirming full-time status for 2012; or Veteran affairs concession card.
- Junior Squadron Members: Junior Squadron members must be under 15 years of age as at 01/01/2012. Children under the age of six are admitted free of charge when not taking up a seat.
- Family Memberships: Family memberships include two adults and two junior squadron members.
- Subject to Capacity: Members with unreserved seating packages are not guaranteed a seat nor are they guaranteed entry to EFC matches. These memberships are sold subject to capacity. To avoid disappointment, it is advised that members upgrade to an annual reserved seat package or ensure that a seated ticket is purchased from the ticketing agent prior to the match.
- Refund Policy: Exchanges or refunds are not available on membership packages. In the event that the incorrect membership is purchased an alternate membership may be selected for the same or higher value and any monetary difference must be paid.
- Membership Cards and Packages: EFC members are required to carry their membership card with them when attending a match, regardless of whether or not they have pre-booked a reserved seat. EFC members who do not have their card with them when attending a match may be required to pay an entrance ticket to enter the stadium. If an EFC membership card is lost or stolen, EFC will upon request issue a replacement membership card upon receiving payment of the replacement card fee (as advised by the EFC).
- Member Privacy: EFC is committed to the protection of your personal information and supports the National Privacy Principles. Personal information will be collected for the purpose of fulfilling your Membership and for EFC to communicate with you. EFC may also use your personal information for the purpose of direct marketing in relation to promotional activities of EFC, its sponsors or third parties. When this is done, we will provide an opportunity when we first contact you to decline receiving any further marketing communications from EFC, via an opt-out mechanism. You consent to our collecting, using, disclosing and retaining your personal information as set out in this clause.
- Telephone & Internet Renewals: Members may renew or obtain a membership package by telephone or online. By renewing over the phone or online, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of EFC membership.
- GST & Levies: All prices include GST and any identified levies to be used for club purposes.

- The first of 10 instalments will be attempted on 28 November 2011 with further payments on the 28th of each following month. If any payment fails to transfer between institutions on the 28th, further attempts will be made in the next five working days to attempt to clear the fund transfer.
- While all payments are attempted on the 28th of each month, withdrawals can experience a time lag of up to 5 days.
