Essendon midfielder Heath Hocking has been nominated for the round 21 Lifebroker Mark of the Year after his huge mark in the Bombers three-point win over the West Coast Eagles on the weekend.

In a fantastic chain of play, the Bomber run-with man enjoyed a bit of elevation over his Eagle opponent and took a spectacular from a Brendon Goddard kick, before handballing onto Paul Chapman who then set up Jason Winderlich with a shot on goal.
