An injury setback midway through the season is all that could stop captain Jobe Watson in 2014.

The 2012 Brownlow Medalist had a great start to the season before suffering a rupture to his rectus femoris tendon in round 12 which saw him sit out the next ten weeks.

Watson showcased his ability to win his own ball averaging 17.5 disposals a game from his 15 matches during the 2014 season.

Despite his injury setback his consistency continued to shine through highlighted by his round 21 return against West Coast.

After sitting on the sidelines for ten weeks Watson had the dream return kicking the first goal of the game within 15 seconds before leading his sides second half comeback to finish the match with 30 disposals.

Expect Watson to make a charge and finish in the top ten of this year’s Crichton Medal.
