In his own words

“It was great, all the boys were terrific and made me feel super comfortable. They were talking to me the whole time and revving me up and setting me up on the ground so it goes pretty good. It was great fun to just look up at the MCG for my first game was unbelievable.” Jason Ashby – Post Match 6th April

Skippy’s Take

To be honest Jase wasn’t spoken a lot about in match committee last year so to debut this year was fantastic. Getting that experience at AFL level gives him a great insight into what he needs to improve on as well as what his strengths and weaknesses are. He certainly didn’t look out of place when he stepped up into the senior team. Hayden Skipworth – VFL/Development Coach
