Michael Hurley and Dyson Heppell were among the vote getters for the AFLCA Champion Player of the Year Award on Friday night after solid performances.

Hurley played an imporant role in defense for the Bombers, gathering 23 disposals, including 10 marks. While Heppell was his dominant-self throughout the midfield as he racked up 29 touches, including booting a vital goal.
