Essendon on-baller Ben Howlett says there is still a lot to play for in the remaining two games of the season.

The Bombers have won five games this year and face finals bound Richmond and then 12th placed Collingwood in the last two games.

“Those two games can really set us up for a big pre-season and a big 2016,” Howlett said.

“There is still a lot to get out of these next few games.

“We’ve got some exciting young guys playing at the moment and it’s good to see them getting some game time.

“There is still a lot to play for and a lot to teach.”

The Bombers will have added motivation for the match against Richmond, with Paul Chapman announcing the game will be his final appearance at AFL level.

“Chappy is a ripper, love him as a bloke and love having him at the Club,” Howlett said.

“He is a very selfless person.

“He’s a great player and has been a great person to have at the Essendon Football Club.”

Conor McKenna will make his debut for the club on Saturday night.

The 19 year old from Northern Ireland has played 15 games in the VFL this season and kicked 18 goals.
