BTV: Lucas' Mid-Year Review - Part 2 Scott Lucas continues his review of the season so far.

With 12 games down and ten home and away matches to go, it's time to have a little look at how thing stand.

Scott Lucas reviewed the first half of the year with efficiency and an unsung hero among his talking points.

Lucas was joined by Julian de Stoop and Robert Shaw for the Friday Footy Panel for a more in depth look at the year to date.

The forward line, the returning players, Cale Hooker, Joe Daniher and the young stars have all caught our attention in the first half of the season.

Peter Ryan from afl.com.au took a look at why the Bombers are the buzz team of the competition.

Here are some of the players that may be in contention for the Crichton Medal at this early stage.

The fans have had their say too ... here is how the MVP voting has unfolded.

We took a look at some of the great marks and tackles this season ... and we also got to know our VFL listed players a little better.

The Bombers headed into the break on the back of a 70 point win over Port Adelaide.

The players were rewarded with a clean sweep of the coaches votes and four players named in the Team of the Week

Anthony McDonald-Tipungwuti and Joe Daniher were also nominated for the Goal of the Year.

John Worsfold provided an insight into how he's developing Andrew McGrath's midfield game.

Jobe Watson looked ahead to the key focus areas in the second half of the season and discussed the development of Conor McKenna.

There is plenty to look forward to in the next few months, including this function honouring the great Kevin Sheedy.

Captain Dyson Heppell popped in to AFL House during the week to personally deliver the Club's AFLW submission.  The successful bidder will be announced next month.
