Conor McKenna's spectacular running goal from the boundary line has been nominated for the AFL's Goal of the Year award.

The Essendon backman is known for his fast pace and taking on the game. This was displayed again against Gold Coast, where the Irishman had four bounces and kicked a much needed goal to put the Bombers in front.
