Some new faces will feature in Essendon’s VFL team to play Geelong as the Bombers look to entrench a spot in the top eight with a third-straight win.

AFL Bombers Josh Green (forward pocket) and Darcy Parish (rover) will play their first VFL matches of 2018.

Ben McNiece has been named in the back pocket for his first VFL game since round two, while Mason Redman returns to the side on the half-back flank.

Trent Crosbie is the 23rd player this week.

The Bombers will play Geelong this Saturday at Windy Hill from 12pm.
