Essendon has named the side that will look to make it five wins on the bounce against Footscray in round nine.
19-year-old Nino Lazzaro will don the sash for the first time after being named as the 23rd player.
The Bombers will be strengthened by the return of captain Heath Hocking, Dylan Clarke and Nick Hind, while Travis Colyer has been listed on the wing for his first game of the season.
Essendon will play Footscray from 6pm at VU Whitten Oval on Saturday night.
