Any plans to encourage headgear for our senior players. Can't understand why our medical staff aren't more active on this given all the accumulating evidence about long term brain damage from concussions

Things I want for Christmas: premiership, 60,000 membership, reaching 5 million towards Flight Plan, Kavanagh Rising Star and Jobe Watson Brownlow. Things I don't want: Gumbleton injuries, Collingwood, any other injuries, Carlton, delays to the building of our new facilities. Am I asking too much?
