Fletcher is set to become only the third player to break the 400-game barrier, having agreed to a new one-year deal for 2015. The veteran defender, who will turn 40 early in the year, signed on
for a record-breaking 23rd AFL season after agreeing to terms with the club. The champion backman’s 2014 season was cut short by finger surgery, which saw him miss the club’s finals appearance. Despite his age, he remains an important member of the defensive
group and is likely to be managed through the season.
