Essendon defender Mark Baguley’s long road to gain a spot on an AFL list has been worth every moment according to the 25-year-old from Frankston. The Bombers promoted Baguley to the senior list for the 2013 season after his impressive debut year as a rookie in 2012.

The mature-aged rookie defender was upgraded to the senior list late in the season and played seven of the last eight games.Can find the ball(averaged 16 disposals) as well as shut down an opponent.Was rewarded with a place on the Bombers' senior list in 2013, where he will provide solid depth to the back half.
