ESSENDON WOMEN
The Essendon Women group unites female supporters by their passion for the Bombers. Essendon Women members comprise a wide variety of women of all ages, professions, lifestyles and personality. Essendon Women members get together on several occasions throughout the football season. In order to accommodate all our members we try to schedule our functions at different times throughout the year culminating in the AFL endorsed Grand Final week luncheon*.
Functions for 2008 include:
- Essendon Women Season Launch - An inner sanctum experience with Matthew Knights and selected players
Monday 14 April at Essendon Football Club
- * The Great Grand Final Comedy Debate - including the presentation of the Football Woman of the Year Award
Thursday 25 September at Crown
