Essendon and North Melbourne will go head-to-head in the Kick for the Kids match this Friday, raising vital funds and awareness for the Good Friday Appeal.

In a new initiative for the annual clash, two of the AFL’s greatest ever full-forwards will reignite their on-field rivalry for the Good Friday Appeal.

Essendon legend Matthew Lloyd and North Melbourne champion Wayne Carey will face off in a Legends’ Kick for the Kids.

The shoot-out will take place at half-time and for every goal kicked, a set amount will be donated to the Good Friday Appeal.

Key timings:

2:30pm – Gates open

4:09pm – Essendon enters arena

4:18pm – Coin toss

4:20pm – Game commences

Member Services will be located at the club hub outside gate five at Marvel Stadium and will be open from 2:00pm for membership sales, collections and enquiries.

Essendon members with away general admission access are encouraged to upgrade to a reserved seat via Ticketmaster.
