Accelerating football development for under-15 boys and girls.
The Essendon Pathways Academy is an 12-week program for under-15 boys and girls from the north-west metro region.
Players have been identified after performing well at community/inter-league level.
The program aims to accelerate football development while also focusing on the individual's growth as a person.
The program runs from late July to mid October 2023.
