Gavin Urquhart returns for his second season involved in the AFLW program.

Urquhart will work in development coaching alongside Bernard Shepheard, who has been involved at the club across VFLW and AFLW programs.

The former North Melbourne forward is well-respected throughout the club and will be influential in developing the AFLW Bombers.
