EFC Indian Unity Cup team

Essendon is entering an Indian team to represent both India and Essendon Football Club in the 2013 Unity Cup. The Unity Cup is a round robin style tournament, run over two days and involving the participation of a number of different cultures playing football.

We are calling on all Indians between the age of 15 and 19 who have a passion for Essendon and football, to register their interest to be part of the team.

Those chosen to compete will receive specialist training from the EFC staff, a custom team jumper (all free of charge) and more.

Unity Cup 2013 Details:

Game Rules: AFL 9’s Rules (a small sided variation no tackling version of regular Australian Rules football)

Participant Age: 15 – 19yrs

Team No: Max 15 players, Min 9 players

Sun 24/03/2013 – Interstate CompJJ HollandPark (TBC)
