Essendon Football Club’s preferred charity partner, the Cancer Council Victoria, is leading a push for men to discuss cancer this finals series and cut their risk.

Their important message is that it’s time to talk about more than just the footy this September by having those tougher conversations with the men in your life about how those you care about can avoid and detect cancer.

Building upon their long-time partnership with Essendon that includes Bombers star Paddy Ryder as ‘Call to Arms’ ambassador, the Cancer Council Victoria has also teamed up with the AFL Players Association to encourage supporters of all clubs to make more footy memories.
