The Essendon Football Club will hold its 141^st Annual General Meeting on Monday 15 December 2014, commencing at 7pm.  The meeting, which will be held at the Clocktower Centre, corner of Mt Alexander & Pascoe Vale Roads, Moonee Ponds, will deal with the annual financial report for the year ended 31 October 2014, appointment of auditors, Life membership awards, and election of directors.

BALLOT OF DIRECTORSHIP

This year the Club has received nine nominations for the two available elected positions for the Board.

In accordance with the club’s constitution, a ballot will now be held to fill the two elected director positions available on the Board.

In order of appearance, as determined by lot, under the direction of the Returning Officer, the names of the nine nominees are:

The two candidates receiving the highest number of votes will be elected to the Board for a three year term.

This year, at the approval of the Board and under supervision of the Club’s Returning Officer, we are conducting an electronic voting process for the casting of the member ballot.

Voting will be available online via links on our website, commencing on Monday 24 November 2014 at 8.30am.  Voting closes at 6:00pm on Monday 8 December 2014.

For members without computer access, postal voting procedures will remain available by contacting the Returning Officer toll free on 1800 020 783 by no later than Monday 1 December 2014.
