Fresh from the win over Collingwood, Scott Lucas and Julian de Stoop are back for a big edition of The Footy Panel.

They discuss Dyson Heppell, James Kelly, flying the flag for your teammate and look ahead to Friday's game against St Kilda.

Essendon premiership player Justin Blumfield also joins the show.

Blumfield played 129 of his 148 AFL games with the Bombers.

He played across a number of positions, was strong in the air, ran with some of the game's best players and starred in the 2000 Grand Final win.

Blumfield talks about his best footy memory, his unique debut, whether he was robbed of a Norm Smith Medal, leaving the Bombers and what he's up to now.
