The Australian Football League Anti-Doping Tribunal held a directions hearing today relating to proposed hearings in the cases of past and present Essendon Football Club players and a former employee of the Essendon FC, who have been issued with Infraction Notices.
The Tribunal Chairman Mr David Jones handed down his ruling that the forthcoming hearing will be held in private. The ruling is as per the attached document.
It is confirmed that the hearing will commence on Monday December 15 and continue on December 18-19 and resume on January 12, 2015.
The hearing will take place in a courtroom at the County Court of Victoria.
