Essendon VFL ruckman Michael Sikora has been given permission to train with the Bombers over the pre-season.
Sikora played for the club’s VFL side during 2013 and has been given the opportunity to show the club’s recruiters his ability.
The 206cm ruckman was recruited from Sandringham Zebras last season filling the ruck role alongside David Hille in the VFL team.
