The Bombers’ young brigade will return to the training track on Wednesday as they begin pre-season training for the club’s 2015 campaign.

Big name players among those returning include Dyson Heppell, Michael Hibberd and Mark Baguley.

The trio will lead a group of the club’s first to fourth year players ahead of the full playing squad returning to the track on November 17.

Rising star nominees Joe Daniher and Zach Merrett will also return following an off-season trip to India as a part of the club’s Multicultural Program.

Senior coach James Hird said he was excited about kicking off preparations for the 2015 season.

“The pre-season is a very exciting time for all of us with new players and new coaches,” Hird said.

“We won’t be doing too much different to what we have done in the past but it is always exciting when you get the group back together.

“You get a chance to see them run around and finally put your plans into action.”

Young guns Marty Gleeson, Jason Ashby and Patrick Ambrose are also among those to return for testing on Wednesday.
