Essendon has made two changes to their final team for Sunday afternoon’s match against Port Adelaide with Dustin Fletcher and Travis Colyer coming into the side.

Colyer has been rewarded for strong form in the VFL over the last month having not played at AFL level since Round 5 against Collingwood.

Stewart Crameri (ankle) and Alwyn Davey (omitted) have been left out of the side that defeated West Cost last Thursday night.

Davey, Kyle Hardingham and Will Hams have been named emergencies for the match.
