Essendon Football Club will play in its annual Embracing India game against the Western Bulldogs on Saturday night at Marvel Stadium.

The Bombers will enter the arena alongside Indian drummers and dancers, with 3ZZZ (92.3FM) commentating the game live in Hindi. Fans can also listen in via the AFL App and website.

Essendon and the Bulldogs will be playing for the EJ Whitten Cup. The EJ Whitten Cup was named in honour of Footscray and Western Bulldogs legend the late Ted Whitten in 1995.

Prior to the game, some of Essendon’s greatest past players will play in a fun curtain-raising Legends Game.

Member Services will be located at the Club Hub outside gate five at Marvel Stadium and will be open from 5:30pm until quarter time for membership sales, collections and enquiries.

Tickets:

Essendon members with home reserved seat access can scan in. Essendon flexi members with general admission access are encouraged to upgrade to a reserved seat as general admission seating will be limited.

Merchandise will be located outside Gate 5, and inside Gate 5 and 7 at Marvel Stadium. Don’t forget to show your 2019 membership to receive 10% off selected items.
