Essendon FC receives hundreds of requests for signed merchandise/match-day tickets and promotional items. 

While the club endeavours to provide support where it can, it is unable to fulfil every worthwhile request.

Please ensure you read the following information before submitting your request.

Requests criteria

Follow the guidelines on the form.

Requests that are not submitted on the donation request form or are incomplete will not be considered.

The club does not accept any items to be signed under any circumstances. Items sent to the club for this purpose may not be returned. 

We encourage all members and supporters to attend training sessions (as advertised on the website) as players will sign autographs at their discretion before and after training.

The club does not accept player appearance requests. All player appearances are pre-allocated to club community programs at the beginning of each year.

The club does not provide monetary donations.

Timing of requests

Requests must be submitted at least four weeks prior to the event.

If the request is for a charitable function, expect a reply four weeks prior to the function.

Unfortunately, follow-up correspondence cannot be answered.

During the off-season (October to March 1), requests will not be serviced or replied to, so please do not send requests during this period. Thank you.
