Receive a credit for 2021
You agree that the club can retain all of your 2020 membership payments, but you will be entitled to a credit towards a 2021 EFC membership of equal or greater value.
To be eligible to receive a credit, your 2020 membership amount must be paid in full.
Credits are calculated based on your 2020 membership amount and are dependent on your 2020 membership category. Credits are up to 50% for reserved seat memberships (depending on the category) and up to 30% for general admission memberships (depending on the category).
If you choose the credit option, the club will contact you within 10 business days to advise of the amount of your credit.
Credits will be forfeited if an eligible 2021 membership isn’t purchased by July 31, 2021.
Credit cannot be used for add-on products, and can only be applied to one membership and are not transferrable.
The balance of any credit cannot be redeemed as cash or applied to any season beyond 2021.
In accordance with current arrangements for the 2020 Toyota AFL Premiership Season, you will not receive match access in 2020, but in the event spectators may attend matches later in the season, you will be provided with access to the matches applicable to your original package (subject to availability, AFL and Government restrictions and applicable health measures).

Receive a refund
Refunds are payable less a $20 cancellation fee and to reflect the value of benefits already provided.
If you choose the refund option, the club will call you within 10 business days to arrange your refund.
If you paid by EFTPOS, cheque, money order, BPay or cash, for your refund to be processed most efficiently you will be asked to supply a credit/debit card details, if possible.
If you paid by credit or debit card and we are unable to speak with you within 10 business days, we will process your refund to the same card (if possible).
Refunds will take up to 28 days after processing to appear in your account.
Other
Consecutive years of membership will be honoured regardless of the option selected, if you purchase a 2021 membership by July 31, 2021.
The options above are available only for memberships purchased before May 14, 2020 (you may still be eligible for a refund if entitled under the Australian Consumer Law).
If you have purchased a reserved seat membership in 2020, your reserved seats will be protected in 2021 if your membership is renewed before the cut-off date outlined in your 2021 renewal notice.
If you do not advise the club of your preferred option by May 25, 2020, the club will rely on that non-response as your consent to the club proceeding to collect your remaining 2020 membership payments. You will, however, be able to obtain a refund of any further payments collected and stop any subsequent payments by contacting the club.
