James Hird missed most of training this afternoon but Essendon fans have nothing to fear - he will take on Adelaide this Friday night. Hird swam a few laps of the Windy Hill pool with teammate Joe Misiti before doing some light skills work. ""At the moment the doctors say he (Hird) will play and so do the physios and the fitness staff,"" said Bomber coach Kevin Sheedy.
