The Essendon Football Club is excited to announce a new four-year partnership with iconic Australian brand, Tradie.

Tradie first joined the Bombers’ family ahead of the 2022 season and will continue as the club’s official underwear, deodorant and body wash partner. Tradie will feature on the AFL players' training and playing shorts until the end of the 2026 AFL Premiership Season.

To mark this new collaboration, Essendon and Tradie today proudly unveiled a mural in the club’s traditional heartland at Windy Hill, incorporating Sam Draper’s iconic 2022 Goal of the Year celebration into the artwork.

Essendon CEO Craig Vozzo said the club was thrilled to extend its partnership with Tradie for a further four years.

“It is fantastic for Essendon to align with a unique Australian-owned brand who share great synergies when it comes to company culture and innovation. We are thrilled to be working in partnership with Tradie for a further four years and we are looking forward to achieving great things on and off the field as partners,” Vozzo said.

“We’re excited to build on this partnership and collaborate with Tradie to provide our members with initiatives that increase their connection with Essendon and Tradie.”

Tradie Founder and CEO Ben Goodfellow established the brand in 2010 to add personality, humour and functionality to the underwear market.

Since then, Tradie has expanded into a range of products for the whole family, including workwear, boots, socks, deodorants, drinks and more. Essendon Members receive 10% off all Tradie underwear and accessories at Tradie.com

Goodfellow said he was proud to partner with Essendon, especially as a lifelong Bombers supporter.

“I’m really excited to renew our partnership for a further four years and I’m eager to see how Brad Scott and his team continue to develop the young Bombers list,” Goodfellow said.

“The club has an incredible history but I’m looking forward to this current group creating their own history over the coming years.

“Look out for some entertaining Tradie x Bombers marketing in the coming seasons as well. Go Bombers!”
