""We have found another really good player in Welsh. The minute he took that mark running back into a pack against Carlton - his first touch in AFL footy - we knew we had something. I would hope at some stage that Welsh moves up into the mid-field because you can never beat the aggressive mid-fielder and he knows how to get the ball. Now comes a little bit of pressure because he has set the expectations, so hopefully he can stand up for us and keep improving his game.""
