Essendon’s entire group will train together for the next two weeks before a large group head to Boulder, Colorado on the club’s high altitude camp powered by Antler Luggage on November 30.

A group of about 25 players will head on the high altitude camp with the remainder of the playing group remaining in Melbourne.

Those remaining in Melbourne will take part in key development sessions and a high intensity-training program.
