There will be a number of senior Essendon players headlining the VFL team set to take on the Northern Blues on Saturday at Windy Hill.

Ben Howlett, Kyle Hardingham, Travis Colyer and Leroy Jetta have all been named in the side which will take to Windy Hill for the last time in 2014.

Young guns Patrick Ambrose and Jason Ashby have also been named in the side.
