Football manager Matthew Drain said that while Gary Moorcroft and John Barnes trained, the pair are still in doubt for Friday’s clash against St Kilda at Colonial Stadium.
“Barnes and Moorcroft are still in some sort of doubt, after we pulled them out late last week. We’ve got to wait and see with those two,” said Drain.
Mark Mercuri (knee) and Blake Caracella (rib soreness) both trained but are still a week away from returning to the field, Drain said.
For something a bit different, the Windy Hill PA system pumped out music for the session. A selection of party tunes were used to substitute match crowd noise and help the side keep the talk up, Drain said.
