COMMUNITY GAME 

We’re back at the heart of Essendon, Windy Hill. A ground rich with history and spirit, to celebrate our Community Game.  

This Friday, we invite the Essendon community to come together as we face North Melbourne in our Grand Final Eve clash.  

 

WHAT’S ON?     

Partnerships and Activations     

There will be a little something for everyone at Windy Hill on Sunday, so we recommend getting there nice and early to make the most of everything on offer.  

Our Partnerships Activation site will include; Toyota Forklifts face painting, Liberty Financial vertical jump, NEC Badge Making and Chill Hill, and RMIT Handball Target. Amongst the activations there will be lots of giveaways and fun to be had by all.   

Thanks to Medibank, you can visit the Medibank health van, check out your skills on the handball target, and get some awesome giveaways.  

 

Food and Drink 

Check out the different food venders around the ground on Sunday! There are plenty of options with Boost, Street Caterer, Pizza, Popcorn Brothers and the coffee cart.  

 

TICKETING AND MEMBERSHIP INFO       

Be sure to get to the ground early so you don’t miss a minute of the action.     

AFLW members can scan into Windy Hill using their mobile membership, found in the Essendon app.

Non-members can purchase tickets online via Ticketmaster, or at the ticket booth, located outside the Windy Hill entrance, on arrival. We strongly recommend fans purchase their tickets online before the game to ensure easy access into Windy Hill, as we expect long wait lines at the ticket window.     

Look for the Ticket QR codes around the outside of the ground to purchase your tickets online and jump the ticket queue.    

Need assistance? Our friendly membership team will be available from 2pm at the Membership Hub outside the Windy Hill entrance, corner of Brewster St.    

If you’re not a member, it’s not too late to sign up for 2025. Simply signup/renew online and then login to the Essendon FC app to access your ticket. Further information on member benefits can be found here.           

 

MERCHANDISE      

Bombers fans can grab all the latest and greatest merchandise from the Bomber Shop, located inside the Brewster Street gate. Members receive 10% off each purchase, so make sure you have your digital membership handy to receive your discount.        

AFLW members can pick up their member pack item from the Bomber Shop on game day.

GETTING THERE AND ENTRY TO THE GROUND    

There is limited street parking available around Windy Hill, so it is recommended that all patrons are use public transport to arrive at the venue. Windy Hill is only a short 500m walk from Essendon Station, which can be accessed via train, bus and tram.    

Make sure you plan your journey ahead of time to make sure you don’t miss the first bounce!       

Bringing your own chair is not permitted at AFLW games, if you require a seat we recommend arriving early and finding a seat in the Reynolds or Cookson Stands.   

Animals are not allowed inside the Windy Hill precinct on game day. If you have a service animal, please bring necessary documentation to ensure you and your pet are welcomed into the stadium.
