This week, host Justin Rodski is joined by assistant coaches Brendan McCartney and Simon Goodwin on the panel where no topic is out of bounds.
All is revealed from behind the scenes including nicknames, three important rules at the club and an innovative new training drill introduced by McCartney known as the rapid fire.
“I think Goody has already had a bit a of a wind up there,” McCartney told Bomber TV
“For all you people out there in bomber land, the rapid fire is a drill where you get very puffed and you have to run and kick the ball under pressure, we call it the wake up drill on Monday mornings, it gets you out of your weekend slumber,” he said.
Essendon duo David Zaharakis and Tom Bellchambers have resumed full pre-season training for the first time this summer. Zaharakis has been on a modified program since his knee injury at the end of the season.
