Talented Adelaide free agent Zoe Prowse has officially nominated Essendon as her preferred Club ahead of the 2026 season.

The 22-year-old will seek a move to the Bombers as the Trade Period opens this Thursday, December 4, following five seasons with the Crows as one of the competition’s most solid young defensive prospects.
 
At 177cm, Prowse’s range and versatility have made her a difficult opponent to match down back. Prowse continued to earn plaudits as a reliable performer in a Crows outfit accustomed to big games – already, 10 of her 47 career matches to date have come under the pressure of finals football.
