Our final Summer Series will wrap up with a special Family Day edition to be held at the NEC Hangar on Saturday, February 7, as Essendon welcomes the Bomber faithful back to the NEC Hangar for its 2026 Family Day from 10:am - 1:30pm (AEDT).
Fans will be treated to a bunch of exciting activities, including player signing sessions with the AFL & AFLW squad.
The Bomber Shop will be open until 10am. Grab something from the 2026 range by Puma, New Era and more. Members also receive 10 per cent off storewide!

ACTIVATIONS:
Dutton One will be on display so you can check out some cars and can try your hand at mini golf – where every drive is a winning shot!
Inflatable skills targets are on hand thanks to McDonald's, while you can also cycle for a smoothie with partner Liberty. Don’t forget to pick up your 2026 Liberty Financial signing cards and posters on the day.
Badge making will be available thanks to NEC, while the crew at TRADIE will be giving away FREE underwear, so keep your eyes peeled.
There are also stacks of prizes up for grabs, so keep an eye out for your chance to win.
A range of community partners are also attending, including the Bachar Houli Foundation, Essendon Water Polo Club, Essendon Baseball Club, Purple Bombers, What Ability, Windy Hill Fitness Centre, Hume City Council, Merri-bek City Council, St Bernard’s College, RMIT and AFL Max.
You can test out your wheelchair football skills with our VWFL team in attendance and practice your handball target with AFL Victoria.
FOOD OPTIONS:
The Bomber Squad will be hosting a sausage sizzle to raise funds for the cheer squad, and there will be a huge variety of delicious food options! The Jack Jones Café will be open and a variety of food trucks on site, featuring Real OG Burgers, Wingsters, Mary and a Little Lamb, Pizza Truck, Boost Juice and an Ice Cream van.
PARKING:
No on-site parking is available, and street parking is limited, so please ensure that you plan ahead.
Free shuttle buses will be running from Windy Hill to the NEC Hangar every 30 minutes, with the first to depart Windy Hill at 9.30am and running every half an hour with the last bus to leave the Hangar at 2.00pm
