The Essendon Football Club is proud to announce that PUMA has expanded its partnership with the Bombers, officially becoming the Club’s AFLW Apparel Partner through to at least the end of 2028.
The expanded agreement will see PUMA supply apparel across all Essendon football programs, AFL, AFLW, VFL, VFLW and VWFL, uniting the Club’s five programs under one apparel brand.
The partnership further reinforces the Club’s commitment to unity and alignment across all levels of the football program.
Essendon Chief Operating Officer Nick Ryan said the expansion was an exciting milestone for the Club and highlighted the cohesion it brings across the Bombers’ programs.
“The Club is incredibly proud to have all five teams united under the one apparel brand, particularly with a global leader like PUMA. It reflects the unity across the Club and marks another step forward through this partnership,” Ryan said.
“The AFLW program continues to grow into a leading destination within the league, driven by increased investment in the women’s program year on year.
“PUMA’s involvement is a strong endorsement of that growth, and we thank them for their ongoing commitment to the Club and to women’s sport.”
Director of Marketing, PUMA Oceania Neysa Goh said PUMA was excited to extend its partnership with Essendon into the AFLW program.
“PUMA is proud to extend our partnership with Essendon Football Club to incorporate the AFLW program, reinforcing our continued commitment to the growth of women’s football in Australia,” Goh said.
“Through a shared focus on performance, innovation and the future of the game, we’re excited to support the club as the AFLW competition continues to inspire the next generation of athletes and fans.”
