Marc Bullen has put his hand up for senior selection following a best-on-ground performance for the Bendigo Bombers this afternoon. Bullen dominated the midfield and was a key to the side’s 36-point win.

The Bendigo Bombers are now two-games clear of ninth placed Frankston and in with a real chance of playing finals’ football. Bendigo kicked six first-quarter goals to set the tone for the day – the 24-point first quarter lead was stretched to 36 at the main break and that was maintained for the balance of the match.

Other good players for Bendigo were Mark Alvey, Ricky Dyson and Jordan Doering and Gary Moorcroft.
