Jordan Ridley remains on track to return before the end of the season after making progress from the foot injury he sustained in round 20.
Ridley will progress to full weight-bearing this week before increasing his strength work and then returning to running in an attempt to make it back before season’s end.
Angus Clarke will miss the trip to Geelong this week after sustaining a concussion in Sunday’s defeat to Adelaide.
The 19-year-old underwent an HIA after copping a head knock from a collision with Isaac Kako during the second quarter. He was taken to hospital as a precaution with scans clearing him of any damage to his neck.
Clarke has entered the AFL Concussion Protocols but is tracking well and expected to be available to face Sydney at the MCG in round 23.
Sullivan Robey is out of his knee brace and making good progress through his rehab program. He will need to continue to improve this week to enable him to return before the end of the season, but at this stage he remains a chance.
Darcy Parish will be a test after experiencing some calf awareness at training over the weekend.
Kayle Gerreyn will also be a test to make a comeback from a niggling knee issue via the VFL this week.
