Angus Clarke and Nick Bryan will both be available for selection ahead of Essendon’s round 23 Community Game against Sydney. 

Second-year winger Clarke has returned to full health after recovering well from a head knock and exiting the AFL Concussion Protocols. 

Bryan missed round 22 after undergoing surgery on his finger last week but is set to be available for Sunday’s clash at the MCG.

Kayle Gerreyn is expected to be available to return via the VFL this week after recovering from a niggling knee complaint. 

Jordan Ridley (foot) and Sullivan Robey (knee) are both progressing well from respective injuries, however neither will be ready to play prior to the end of the season.

Meanwhile, Tom Edwards made a successful return in the VFL over the weekend after a lengthy layoff from a hamstring strain.
