Essendon will face arch rival Hawthorn in the club’s first home game for 2015 on Sunday afternoon at the MCG.

After an impressive pre-season campaign, defender James Gwilt is set to make his debut for the red and black after 126 games with former club, St Kilda.

And in a week of celebrating arguably the club’s greatest era with the 1984/1985 back-to-back premierships, the Bombers will be hoping to create their own success and secure the win against the reigning premiers on Sunday.
