The Essendon squad for the big game is: Banks, Bolton, Denham, Doering, Doolan, Eastaugh, Grgic, Henneman, Jacobs, J Johnson, Ladhams, Lalich, McAlister, McVeigh, Ramanauskas, Collins, Domattina, Sheppard, Milne, Haynes.
The team has done remarkably well to come from 6th position to make the Grand Final, against St Kilda who finished on top of the reserves ladder at the end of the home and away season. We wish Terry Daniher's boys the best of luck for the game tomorrow.
Mark Mercuri finished off a great season with runner up in the 1999 Brownlow Medal with 22 votes. Shane Crawford won the Medal with 28 votes. Mark Mercuri is the hot favourite to win the Crichton Medal for the Essendon Best and Fairest this season, a sell out event to be held at Crown next week.
