The Daniher brothers will lead a fundraiser close to their hearts when cyclists make a 725km trek to Windy Hill for Pedal Cure 4 FightMND.

Commencing in Ungarie, NSW – the childhood hometown of brothers Neale, Terry, Anthony and Chris – on Sunday and ending at Windy Hill on Saturday, March 14, cyclists will be greeted at the finish line by the Bombers legends before enjoying a thank-you lunch with them.

Registrations are still open the ride, while tickets to the lunch only are available.

All proceeds raised will go to FightMND – a charity formed by club great and Motor Neurone Disease (MND) sufferer Neale Daniher, who continues to inspire with his determination to find effective treatments and ultimately a cure for the dreadful disease.

Essendon’s players have supported FightMND since its inception in 2014, donating to the cause through the AFL Players’ Association.

In support of Pedal Cure 4 FightMND, the 2020 playing group has signed a FightMND Sherrin that will be auctioned during the lunch at Windy Hill.
