A resurgent Bendigo will take on the Werribee Tigers at Windy Hill this Saturday at 2pm. Since the round 8 bye, Bendigo hasn’t put a foot wrong and has won four consecutive games by an impressive average of 39 points.

The resurgence is undoubtedly due to a steady trickle of first team players returning from injury through Bendigo and more importantly a first year coach finding his feet.
Hayden Skipworth’s team is within one win from top four and an incredible turnaround from the lowly position they held prior to round 8.
Although standing in his way is a strong Werribee side led by former Bulldog Scott West.
The Werribee Tigers haven’t lost a game since round 6 and are one of the inform teams of the competition.
Bendigo will have to be at their best to overcome in- form Werribee, but with a raft of first team players and the advantage of home turf, the home side seems up for the challenge.
