Dustin Fletcher is still expected to be fit to take on Richmond despiteagain missing training with the virus that forced him out of last Saturdaynight's match against Geelong. Essendon coach Kevin Sheedy said he wasconfident Fletcher would play and indicated mid-fielder Joe Misiti willreturn via the VFL side this weekend. Despite last weekend's loss, theBombers' won't make wholesale changes for the match against Richmond, according to Sheedy. ""I don't like lots of changes. This club has probablywon 80 of its last 100 games. This team isn't a bad side, it just hasn'tbeen playing well,"" Sheedy said.

Q. Matthew Knights could have had better timing?
A. It is not our decision - it is up to Matthew and Richmond. He has had afantastic career at the club - he has been captain. It is a marvellouseffort to be named as captain of any footy club in the AFL. It is a greatcredit to a person like that.

Q. Richmond will be desperate to win the match for Knights and breaktheir eight game losing streak?
A. We will be going out there trying to win a game to try and keep ourfinals chances alive. It is going to be a pretty good game from that pointof view.

Q. Would you take a look at Knights if he nominated for the draft?
A. I think some clubs would, it all depends contracts and salary caps. Wehave done pretty well out Barnes and Salmon - they have helped us get tofinals. We will just wait and see. I haven't spoken to any other selectors, but you just don't know what is going to happen between now and draftingtime. Anything could happen.

Q. Have you spoken to Jobe Watson yet about drafting him under thefather and son rule.
A. I will be hoping to sit down with Jobe and Tim soon at a time that isapplicable to both parties. I haven't spoken to Jobe yet, but our club willdefinitely want to get Jobe to Essendon - there is no doubt about that.

Q. Essendon is not used to being in 10th position?
A. Well it really puts a lot of pressure on all of us because we haveprobably sat up there at one, two and three for quite a while. We are nowback in the middle order and clawing our way back for an opportunity to tryand make the finals.

Q. Will it take a while for the players to cope with this kind ofpressure. It is something that haven't been used to for such a longtime.
A. It would not want to take too long.

Q. The last couple of weeks they haven't appeared to cope with thepressure....
A. Not many clubs have kept West Coast Eagles to 13 goals in Perth. Itwasn't a win but it was a tick. We had to come back and play the Cats withone less day preparation and the travelling. It was a pretty big ask. Ithink a lot of people forget those kinds of things.

Q. Have people written you off too soon?
A. We have been pretty well due for a bit of a baking from the press. It isour turn on the roster, so you just have to wear it and get on with tryingto win your next game of footy. We still have a third of the season to goand we can play pretty good footy at this club.

Q. Would you anticipate significant changes?
A. No, I don't like lots of changes. This club has probably won 80 of itslast 100 games. This team isn't a bad side, it just hasn't played well. Wewill give them a hard hit out this afternoon and that will be it untilFriday - we will give them a recent rest. They have been playing a lot ofnight games and normally we train Thursdays, but this week we won't.

Q. What is Joe Misiti's situation?
A. Joe will play but I probably think he will play in the VFL. We don'twant to be playing really unfit players that have been out for quite sometime. We did it with Lloyd and Hird because when they came back in, weprobably had a side that was pretty much fit.
