Q. How are you feeling?
A. I was crook on the night after and was vomiting a little bit. I have had a few headaches the last few days, but gradually getting better.
Q.What sort of things do you have to do in the test?
A. It is just like a reflex test and remembering things that where there before hand.
Q. What would you say your chances are at the moment?
A. Probably 50/50 at the moment, but the club hasn't even mentioned it to me. The coaching staff and Bruce Reid are pretty good in that way, they have said that unless I am feeling good in myself they won't risk me at all.
Q. Have you had a look at the footage?
A. I watched the game on Fox Footy yesterday and I didn't remember anything until I was in the ambulance. I don't remember too much from the day. It is the first time I have been knocked out at AFL level. It is something that just happens and it took me by surprise.
Q. Is there any other damage other than the concussion?
A. No other damage, just all of those symptoms that you get - a few headaches and a bit of vomiting on the night.
Q It is something that you don't like to see happen - how are Lisa and your parents?
A. The entire family were with me for the whole night. Reidy has seen incidents when you are out for 10 seconds, but I was out for a couple of minutes - that was what the family were most scared about. It was good that they came in the ambulance.
Q. Did James Hird take you home from the hospital?
A. James brought my car from the changerooms to the hospital and Lisa drove me home. He is fantastic like that and I hope that I was there for him when he went through his. He is a great captain on and off the field, which is fantastic.
Q. What is your first memory from Saturday?
A. Waking up in the ambulance. Reidy said I was conscious in the rooms and he asked me a few questions and I remembered who we were playing but I can't recall any of that. The first thing I remember is being in the ambulance and trying to work out if it was a final we were actually playing in. It was pretty severe but I feel like I have improved over the last couple of days.
Q. Do you have any fears about playing?
A. If I had any fears or I am not 100% I won't be playing and the club knows that and won't be taking any risks. A bloke who is 100% fit would be better playing. I still have a couple of days and if I feel fantastic and can train Thursday that will be the case, but I am still a fair way off that at the moment.
Q. What about the mental side of things?
A. I am not sure but seeing the way Hirdy has come back from something more severe, I am the type of bloke that if I see a footy, I will go for it.
Q. Because you were knocked on the temple, is it something that a helmet could protect?
A. I think players in the past have gone that way. Whether it is this week or the week after, if it is something the medical staff recommend I would. It is just a one off that has happened and it hopefully won't happen again.
