Essendon had its final training session this afternoon in the lead up to Sunday’s big game against Melbourne at the MCG. The team spent just under one hour on the track at Windy Hill and then went straight into a team meeting. Essendon’s number one draft pick at the 2003 National AFL draft, Kepler Bradley, received the good news at the meeting, that he will be lining up against the Demons.

Bradley debuted in Round 1 against Port Adelaide and has been a regular in the Bendigo Bombers team since. The 18-year-old has been in solid form and spent time forward, back and in the midfield. His speed and ability to carry the ball has already become a trademark of his game considering his 196cm frame. Bradley joins fellow draftee Brent Stanton in the line-up for Sunday's game.

Justin Murphy is the other inclusion in the team after serving a one-match suspension. Ted Richards, Mark Alvey and Marc Bullen were the three players omitted from the 25-man squad named last night.
