The Bendigo Bombers have plenty to look forward to in 2007 despite going down to a near full-strength Sandringham by 23 points today. Sandringham, who has won the past two VFL Premierships, had a number of Melbourne senior players taking part but they struggled to shake a determined Bendigo outfit.
